A new task request, much like a meeting request, appears in your Inbox as a new e-mail message.

You’ll need to open the task request (just like opening an email message) and choose to Accept or Decline the task.

   2.      Choose Accept or Decline on the Task Standard toolbar

   3.      Choose the appropriate action in the Task Request Response Dialog Box

   4.      Click OK
