Outlook 2003: Responding to a Meeting Request

When you open a meeting request you’ve received from someone else, the Meeting tab surprises you with a new group – Respond.

In the Respond group, all you need to do is choose the response you’d like Outlook to send back to the meeting organizer.

Responding to a Meeting Request

     
  1. Open a meeting request in your Inbox
     
  2.  
  3. Choose Accept, Tentative or Decline on the Standard toolbar

   3.      Choose the appropriate action in the Meeting Request Response Dialog Box

   4.      Click OK
