Access 2007: Printing Relationships

Printing Relationships is a great way to document your work. And, a printed copy of the Relationships window can often be handy to look at while you’re working in your database so you can quickly see where you have existing relationships and where other relationships can exist.

Printing Relationships

  1. Choose the Relationships command in the Show/Hide group on the Database Tools tab
  3. Rearrange the tables (your Relationship Report will print exactly as it appears on this screen)
  5. Choose the Relationship Report command in the Tools group on the Relationship Tools Design Contextual tab
  7. Modify your page layout settings, as necessary
  9. Choose the Print command in the Print group on the Print Preview Contextual tab
