Access 2003: Printing Reports

Just like with Forms, it’s a good idea to preview your report before you send it to the printer. This way, you have an opportunity to double-check the page settings, such as the margins or page orientation. Access saves the page settings with the report not the program, so you need to set them only once.

Printing a Report

  1. Open the report you want to print
  3. Click the Print Preview button on the toolbar
  5. Choose the Setup command on the Standard toolbar to adjust margins, etc.
