Access 2003: Printing Relationships

Printing Relationships is a great way to document your work. And, a printed copy of the Relationships window can often be handy to look at while you’re working in your database so you can quickly see where you have existing relationships and where other relationships can exist.

Printing Relationships

  1. Choose the Relationships command on the Standard toolbar
  3. Select the tables to display
  5. Rearrange the tables (your Relationship Report will print exactly as it appears on this screen)
  7. Choose the File: Print Relationships from the Menu bar
  9. Modify your page layout settings, as necessary
  11. Click the Print command on the Print Preview toolbar
