As you create more and more tables, you may find that you need similar table structures for new tables. Or, consider a co-worker who asks if you have a table that might match their needs.
Both of these scenarios are completely possible. And, Access has a quick way to resolve both of these issues – copy the table structure.
Of course, you can always copy the table data which is handy when you’re looking to create a backup copy of table data for historical purposes.
Copying Table Structure

Right-click the table you want to copy in the Database window

Choose Copy from the Shortcut menu

Right-click a blank area of the Database window

Choose Paste from the Shortcut menu

5. Enter a Table Name

7. Click OK
