Although a simple answer, this is one of the most common questions for those new to Access – How do I add a table to an existing query?

  1. Open the Query in Design View
     
  2.  
  3. Click the Show Table command on the Standard toolbar
     
  4.  
  5. Choose the Table(s)/Query(ies) to add to your query
     
  6.  
  7. Click Add
     
  8.  
  9. Click Close
