Unable to activate Desktop Learning Library DVD-ROM

Do to decreasing support (beyond our control) for Microsoft Digital Rights Management technology, as of August 1, 2011, activation of a Desktop Learning Library (DLL) product is no longer supported. If you have an issue with a DLL product that you purchased between 8/1/08 and 8/1/11, please submit a support ticket. Please include:


  • – The last name of the person that made the purchase

  • – Your 4-digit order number

  • – Your activation key

  • – The full name of the course (or course bundle) you purchased


Qualified customers are eligible for an upgrade path.
