Error Message: “No License Was Issued.”
Introduction
As easy as we try to make courseware activation, occasionally an error will be seen. One such error is the message, “No License Was Issued.”
Resolution
The most common reason behind this message is an incorrect activation (or access) key. Often, the number one has been typed instead of a lowercase letter “l.” Or, maybe a zero (0) has been substituted for the capital letter “O.”
To be certain, the first step in resolving this error message is to double-check the activation key (located on a sticker on the inside of your DVD-ROM case) to verify you’re entering the proper key when activating your courseware.
If, after double-checking, you either cannot determine the correct characters or you are certain that you have typed in your key correctly and still see this error, please submit a support ticket so that our Customer Support team can assist you.
