What happens if I don’t have an activation key?

Introduction
When you purchase courseware that is a part of our Desktop Learning Library (DLL), an activation (or access) key is required in order to view the courseware.

Resolution
Typically, your personalized activation (or access) key can be located on a sticker inside the DVD-ROM case.

If, after looking at your original DVD-ROM case, you are unable to locate your activation (or access) key, please submit a support ticket so that our Customer Support team can work with you to find a resolution.
