How to Install a Desktop Learning Library (DLL) Course

Introduction
The steps here can be used if you did not receive installation instructions for your Desktop Learning Library (DLL) course or are simply unsure of how to install your purchased courseware.

Resolution
To install your Desktop Learning Library (DLL) course, please follow these steps:

  1. Insert the appropriate disc into your DVD-ROM drive.
  2. Double-click setup.exe or alternatively access your Start menu, select Run, type “D:\setup.exe” (without the quotes, where D is the letter of your DVD-ROM drive) and then click OK.
  3. Follow the directions in the installation program until installation is complete.
  1. A “KS” icon will be placed on your desktop; double-click this icon to launch the Desktop Learning Library (DLL) software.

All Desktop Learning Library (DLL) discs contain a small amount of content that may be viewed without entering your activation key. When you are ready to access protected content in the course you have purchased, submit your activation key.
