Can I install my “single user” copy on more than one computer?
Introduction
In this technology-age, we understand that more and more of our customers own multiple computers and wish to view their courseware on these computers (such as a laptop while traveling, a desktop while at home, etc.).
Resolution
Before you install your single user courseware copy on more than one computer, please understand that each installation is for your own, personal use. Further, only one installation should be in use at any one time.
Under these circumstances, you may install your single user courseware on two systems.
However, in order for installation to be properly executed, you may need to have your activation key reset. This can be done by submitting a support ticket with the following information:
- Order number
- Activation key
- Reason for additional activations
