Word 2007: Using Captions

When you begin using images throughout your documents, it’s often desirable to label those images. This is where captioning comes in handy.

1.       Click the Insert Caption command in the Captions group on the References tab

2.       Select the label and position

3.       Enter your caption text in the top box

4.       Click OK
