Word 2007: Creating Envelopes

Just as common as form letters – envelopes. After all, you need something to mail the form letter in, right?

     
  1.  Choose the Envelopes command in the Create group on the Mailings tab

    2.       Set your Envelope and Printing options

    3.       Click OK

    4.       Connect to a Data Source using one of the methods under Creating a Data Source

    5.       Using the Insert Merge Field command in the Write & Insert Fields group on the Mailings tab to add Mail Merge Field Placeholders to your Mail Merge Main Document

    6.       Choose the Preview Results command in the Preview Results group on the Mailings tab

    7.       Choose the Finish & Merge command in the Finish group on the Mailings tab

    8.       Choose Edit Individual Documents…, Print Documents…, or Send Email Messages…
