Word 2003: Starting a New Document

You already know that when you launch the Word program, you’re automatically greeted with a new, blank document. That’s convenient, right?

But, there are times when you need to start from scratch and having to close the program and open it again just to create another new document would be a tremendous waste of time. Here are a couple of quick ways to open a brand new, blank document.

Creating a New Word Document

     
  1. Choose File from the Menu bar
     
  2.  
  3. Choose New

    3.       From the New Document Task Pane, click Blank document
