Word 2003: Preview & Print a Document

While the idea of a paperless office is a great one in theory, we’re still quite a ways from being able to achieve such an environment.

Previewing a Document

It’s always a good idea to preview your document before you send it to the printer. I’m not sure why, but I always seem to see things that need correcting in Print Preview that I didn’t see in Normal view.

  1. Choose File from the Menu bar

  2.
  3. Choose Print Preview

  4.
  5. When finished reviewing your document, click the Close command on the Print Preview toolbar

Printing a Document

When printing, you can choose to either send the document directly to the printer using the default settings with QuickPrint or you can choose to modify print pages
