PowerPoint 2003: Slide Show Options

Slides shows are great running by themselves at a kiosk. And, they can be used for a self-running training or informational presentation.

And, with some of the options you’ve already learned like adding hyperlinks and action buttons, you can even create presentations that run with user commands. Or, you can disable those same user commands so that the presentation simply runs by itself. The great thing about self-running presentations is that they automatically restart when they reach the last slide.

Setting Up a Self-Running Slide Show

  1. Choose Slide Show: Set Up Show… from the Menu bar

    2.       Choose Browed at kiosk

    3.       Choose Loop continuously until ‘Esc’

    4.       Set any other options

    5.       Click OK
