Outlook 2007: Working with Styles

Microsoft Outlook has pre-defined sets of formatting stored within the program called Styles. Contained in a style are things like font face, font size, bold, italic, underline, borders and shading. In addition to using the pre-defined Styles, you can easily create your own custom style.
