When you create a new appointment using the Appointment Window, the Appointment Tab appears to assist you with common appointment commands.

The Actions group on the Appointment tab contains all the commands you need for saving and deleting the open appointment.
The Show group on the Appointment tab contains only two commands for changing which information you can view in regard to the open appointment.

The Options group on the Appointment tab contains commands for choosing your appointment status and reminder settings. Additionally, you can use the Recurrence command to create a recurring appointment such as a weekly status meeting.
The Proofing group on the Appointment tab contains only one command – Spelling.
