Outlook 2007: Using a Custom Form

Now that you’ve created and published a custom form, you’re ready to use it.

     
  1. Choose Tools from the Menu Bar
     
  2.  
  3. Choose Forms
     
  4.  
  5. Choose Choose Form…

    4.       Under Look in, choose Personal Forms Library

    5.       Select your custom form

    6.       Click Open
