Appointment reminder options are changed in the Appointment Window.

Setting an Appointment Reminder

     
  1. Click Calendar in the Task Pane
     
  2.  
  3. Open the New Appointment Window
      (Choose the New Appointment Tool or Double-Click the Calendar)
     
  4.  
  5. Enter the appointment details
     
  6.  
  7. Choose the Reminder command in the Options group on the Appointment tab
     
  8.  
  9. Set your Appointment Reminder Time
     
  10.  
  11. Choose Save & Close in the Actions group on the Appointment tab
