Outlook 2007: Reply vs. Reply to All

A common mistake when replying to a message is hitting the Reply to All command instead of the Reply command.

When you choose Reply to All, your response is sent not only the original message sender, but also to anyone who received a copy of the original message.

Choosing Reply will only send your response to the original message sender.

Replying to the Message Sender

     
  1.  Choose the Reply command in the Standard toolbar
     
  2.  
  3. Type your response
     
  4.  
  5. Click Send
