Outlook 2007: Reading Messages

Outlook 2007: Reading Messages

There are two ways you can read your messages. First, you can read messages in the Reading Pane, which is displayed on the right side of your window, by default. Or, you can double-click any message in your Inbox to open it in a new window.

With either method, you have full access to see all of the text in a message and Reply or Forward the message. You can also Delete a message or Move it to a storage folder from either view.

This is all good news. For you, it means there really is no right or wrong way to read an e-mail message. You just need to pick which way is more comfortable for you.
