Outlook 2007: Creating a Recurring Appointment

Recurring appointments are those appointments that happen on a regular basis such as a weekly staff meeting or an annual anniversary date. Creating a recurring appointment is nearly the same as creating a regular appointment with the addition of one step.

  1. Click Calendar in the Task Pane
     
  2.  
  3. Open the New Appointment Window
      (Choose the New Appointment Tool or Double-Click the Calendar)
     
  4.  
  5. Enter the appointment details
     
  6.  
  7.  Choose the Recurrence command in the Options group on the Appointment tab

    5.       Set your Appointment Recurrence Options

    6.       Click OK

    7.       Choose Save & Close in the Actions group on the Appointment tab
