The Formatting toolbar is available from within any HTML message once you click inside the message body. It contains commands similar to the Formatting toolbar found in other Microsoft programs like Word and Excel.

Save | Saves the current message to Draft form. |
Sends a copy of the open message to the printer. | |
Cut | Deletes the selected text from the message and places it on the Windows Clipboard. |
Copy | Copies the selected text on the message and places it on the Windows Clipboard. |
Paste | Pastes the most recent Windows Clipboard contents on the message at the cursor position. |
Font Face | This drop-down list displays the fonts available on your computer. The default Microsoft Office 2003 font is Times New Roman. |
Font Size | This drop-down list displays typical font sizes. The default Microsoft Office 2003 font size is 12. One font size point is equal to 1/72” tall. So, 72 point text will print 1” high. If you need a size not listed in this drop-down, you can click inside the box and type the size you want. |
Text Color | This command changes the color of selected text lettering. |
Bold | This command applies bold formatting to selected text. |
Italic | This command applies italic formatting to selected text. |
Underline | This command applies an underline to selected text. |

Left Align | This command will align the selected text with the left margin. |
Center Align | This command will align the selected text between the left and right margins. |
Right Align | This command will align the selected text with the right margin. |
Numbering | This command will number a list of selected text. |
Bullets | This command will create bullets for selected text. |
Decrease Indent | This command will decrease the indent of selected text to the nearest [Tab] stop. Default tabs are set every .5”. |
Increase Indent | This command will increase the indent of selected text to the nearest [Tab] stop. Default tabs are set every .5”. |
