Access 2007: Working with Form Layout View

After working with Design View, Layout View is going to seem very easy. And, it really is. In fact, the folks at Microsoft will tell you that Layout View is “the most intuitive view to use for form modification.”

In Layout view, you actually see the data in the form while you’re modifying the text box sizes and rearranging the form elements. Because you can see the data while you are modifying the form, this is a very useful view for setting the size of controls or performing almost any other task that affects the appearance and usability of the form.
