Access 2007: Printing Tables or Queries

Since tables and queries both display as datasheets, we’re going to encompass both of these objects in one printing lesson. Now, it isn’t necessary to open an object in order to send it to the printer, but it’s always a good idea to look at what you want to print before you send it to the printer just to be sure the data contained in the object is the data you want to print.

Print an Entire Datasheet

     
  1. Open the table or query you want to print
     
  2.  
  3. Open the Office Menu by clicking the Microsoft Office Button
     
  4.  
  5. Choose Print

   4.       Set the Print options

   5.       Click OK



Print Select Datasheet Records

     
  1. Open the table or query you want to print
     
  2.  
  3. Select the records you want to print
     
  4.  
  5. Open the Office Menu by clicking the Microsoft Office Button
     
  6.  
  7. Choose Print
     
  8.  
  9. Set the Print options
     
  10.  
  11. Select Selected Record(s) under Print Range
     
  12.  
  13. Click OK
