Access 2003: Creating an Access Database Using a Preloaded Template

I’m always amazed at the number of people who don’t take advantage of the wealth of templates Microsoft uploads to their website. And, they’re all free.

So, before you start creating something, do yourself a favor and do a quick search to see if anyone else has already created it. Chances are good that what you need has already been created and you can save yourself a ton of time by just downloading someone else’s creation.

Using an Installed Template

     
  1. Choose File: New from the Menu bar
     
  2.  
  3. Under Templates, choose On my computer…

3.    Select one of the listed templates

4.    Walk through the template wizard
