How do I receive the e-Learning course?
Once you or your organization purchases the e-learning course under the current promotion you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on how to access the course online through KeyStone OnDemand. You will also receive detailed instructions on how to add additional users up to the number of licenses your organization has purchased.

What is KeyStone OnDemand?
KeyStone OnDemand is considered a Software-As-A-Service (or SAAS) solution, which refers to computer based applications and services that are provided via remote delivery to end users rather than as a packaged product to be purchased and installed by the end user. What browser is required to access the course?
KeyStone OnDemand works with the most commonly used browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+ and Mozilla Firefox 1.5+.
Can I access from more than one computer?
Yes. Each course license is intended for one user only; however you can access the training from multiple machines and locations. In order to prevent abuse, we do track the IP numbers and may audit an organization that has a user account that is logging in from multiple IP addresses or indicates abnormal usage.
What Internet connection speed is required?
A broadband connection (150Kbps or faster) is recommended.
Does this course cover Project Server (Enterprise Project Management EPM)?
The Project 2007 Core Essentials training is limited to the Microsoft Office Project client and does not cover Project Server, PWA or Share Point; however, these courses are available for purchase separately or are planned for future release. The knowledge to build a project schedule and to use the management tools in the Microsoft Project client is an essential part of a successful EPM solution, which is fully covered in this course.

How do customers obtain the Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional Development Units (PDU credits)?
In order to claim PDU credits you must be a member of the Project Management Institute www.pmi.org. You then you have the ability to apply for and maintain a record of the PDU credits you have claimed. You can claim your PDU credits at http://tel.occe.ou.edu/pmi/PMI_Member/PDUlogin.php3.
Is there a testing process involved?
If you are interested in becoming certified by the Project Management institute there are different examinations you can take. The most popular is the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, more information can be found at http://www.pmi.org/CareerDevelopment/Pages/Obtaining-Credential.aspx.
Is there a certificate given to the customer upon completion of the course by Project Management Practice Inc (PM Practice)?
There is no certificate given by PM Practice, however we are a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) an therefore the e-learning course qualifies for 16 Category 3 (pre-approved) PDU credits upon course completion (claiming course completion is based on an honor system).

Can my entire organization use KeyStone OnDemand?
Yes. KeyStone OnDemand allows you to add as many users within your organization that you want, from any physical location. As the IT Administrator of a given account (e.g. ABC LLC), you have the ability to add, delete and assign course licenses to users within your organization.
What IT infrastructure do I need to run KeyStone OnDemand?
As a hosted turnkey learning solution, KeyStone OnDemand requires no software or hardware to buy, install, maintain, or upgrade. KeyStone OnDemand allows your organization to immediately start learning, so product licensing includes everything you need, so you don't need to worry about hidden IT, support and/or technology costs that can quickly add up to as much as ten times the original licensing fees.
Can we purchase KeyStone OnDemand on a month-to-month basis?
No. At this time, KeyStone OnDemand is available only as an annual subscription pursuant to your course license.
How do users access KeyStone OnDemand?
Since KeyStone OnDemand is an on-demand service delivered over the web, there is no hardware or software to buy, install, or maintain. Just point your browser to your organization's custom-branded login page and enter your username and password.
What involvement is required from my organization's IT department?

How quickly can my company be up and running?
With KeyStone OnDemand, your organization can be up and running within 2-4 business hours, depending upon when your order is confirmed and processed. A control panel is provided which allows for bulk importing users from a spreadsheet. Instructors are provided within the system.
How scalable is KeyStone OnDemand?
KeyStone OnDemand offers almost limitless scalability and capacity to take on your additional users throughout the world. Built on a world-class infrastructure and delivered via a distributed web platform, the KeyStone OnDemand solution has been engineered to automatically scale to increased traffic, as well as support geographically dispersed users using multiple data centers located at major internet backbone providers.
What are the system requirements?

Is KeyStone OnDemand reliable, secure, and confidential? Is our data safe? Where is the data hosted?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Our state-of-the-art redundant server infrastructure is hosted and professionally managed by recognized leaders in high-end hosting, including (but not limited to) Rackspace, Amazon Web Services and Internap.
Can we install KeyStone OnDemand within our IT environment?
No. KeyStone OnDemand is only available as a hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. KeyStone OnDemand allows your organization to immediately start learning, so product licensing includes everything you need, so you don't need to worry about hidden IT, support and/or technology costs that can quickly add up to as much as ten times the original licensing fees. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don't have to worry about anything.
Do you provide support to our end-users?
KeyStone OnDemandprovides unlimited Tier 1 support via email for licensed users and optional Tier 2 support over the phone for organizations that would like to upgrade their support options. The majority of email support issues are addressed within 2-4 hours of receiving it.
Can you customize KeyStone OnDemand for our organization?
The standard version of KeyStone OnDemand offers the same functionality and features to each organization, including the ability to add your own customer logo and branding. If your organization would like to request unique features or customization, please contact us at sales@keystonelearning.com.
Is KeyStone OnDemand available in other languages besides English?
At this time the KeyStone OnDemand interface is only available in English; however, other languages, such as German, French and Spanish are planned in a future release.
