Yes. Each course license is intended for one user only; however you can access the training from multiple machines and locations. In order to prevent abuse, we do track the IP numbers and may audit an organization that has a user account that is logging in from multiple IP addresses or indicates abnormal usage.

KeyStone OnDemand provides unlimited Tier 1 support via email for licensed users and optional Tier 2 support over the phone for organizations that would like to upgrade their support options. The majority of email support issues are addressed within 2-4 hours of receiving it.
The standard version of KeyStone OnDemand offers the same functionality and features to each organization, including the ability to add your own customer logo and branding. KeyStone OnDemand allows you to create your own resources, including videos and articles. Videos can be created using the built-in, web-based screencast recording tool—no software installation needed. Video resources can also be created by uploading your own, existing video files. File types accepted are mp4, avi, wmv, flv, and mov. Instructions for converting your GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, WebEx, or Live Meeting videos to an accept format are found on this page (http://www.keystonelearning.com/kod/faq). Articles can be created in which images (png, jpg, gif, bmp) and Flash files (swf) may be uploaded and embedded. Files can be attached to articles as well, accepted formats include pdf and Office documents.
Yes. If your GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar recording is in the *Windows Media Video** (WMV)* format, you can download a free converter from Microsoft called "Windows Media Encoder" that will allow you to convert recorded meetings into single movie files that can than be uploaded to KeyStone OnDemand to be used as a stand-alone video asset or added to your custom course using KeyStone OnDemand's Course Builder. To download the converter from Microsoft, please visit http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/encoder/default.mspx.
To convert your recording into the correct format, you will need to use the "Windows Media Stream Editor" program distributed with "Windows Media Encoder." To locate "Windows Media Stream Editor," go to your Start menu, find "Windows Media"? and locate "Windows Media Stream Editor" within the Utilities subfolder. Once "Windows Media Stream Editor" is open: 1) Choose the WMV file by clicking "Add Source"? than 2) Click "Add;" 3) Then click "Choose File"? to choose a name and location for your output file; 4) And finally click "Start." The completed file should now be ready to upload to KeyStone OnDemand.

Once you have installed the "WebEx Recording Editor:" 1) open your .wrf file; then 2) Click "File --> Export to" and then determine a file name.
It is recommended to use the default options provided for conversion. The completed file should now be ready to upload to KeyStone OnDemand.
