Beatrice Mulzer is a SMB Technology consultant with a popular hands-on approach. She built her business on Microsoft SBS and changing the perception of the “Computer Guy.” She has taught the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Microsoft Official Curriculum at local college campuses and developed and delivered Microsoft Hands-On-Labs nationwide. Beatrice is a contributing editor at Reseller Advocate Magazine and co-author of the Advanced Windows Small Business Server 2003 Best Practices book. She also writes for Certification Magazine, and is a member of the Better Business Development Board at the Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.
