Course Summary
KeyStone OnDemand helps Microsoft Word 2010 users get things done by giving them immediate access to how-to videos, articles and training for Microsoft Word and other applications they use everyday including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and more. Now, IT and Helpdesk personnel can spend less time solving common questions and problems and more time on business goals.
This course appeals to new and experienced Word users. Because it consists of short, succinct, standalone topics, the topics can be taken just as they’re needed or in order for a full learning experience. For new Word users, you’ll start with an orientation of the new Word 2010 interface and quickly move up to adding page numbers and formatting multi-level lists – all in Level 1. For more experience Word users, because the course is so modularized, you can jump to just the topics you need to know more about. So, whether you’re creating your first document or you need to know how to use some of Word’s advanced document management features, we’ve got you covered.
In Level 1, we focus on everything you need to know to create your first document including bullets, line spacing and hyphenation. In Level 2, the focus is on working with objects in Word like graphics, charts and SmartArt. In Level 3, you’ll learn how to efficiently work with your documents, including features themes, styles and mail merge, to name just a few.
