Derek focuses on technical writing and instructing, as well as computer consultation. Most recently he has been contributing to the Windows 2000 Certification efforts for many training companies throughout the United States. He was involved with Microsoft to develop the Certification Skills and Assessment Program for Windows 2000. He has authored books for five of the Windows 2000 exams. Derek is certified as an MCSE (NT/2K), MCT, and A+.
