Primary responsibilities include:

• Liaison for Project Manager and COO for day-to-day status of projects, meeting coordination, schedules and activities.
• Assists in planning, prioritizing and scheduling resources and projects.
• Develops work plans and timelines, project linkages to other activities and groups related to the project.
• Develops, facilitates and participates in project meetings, including teleconferences, on-line discussions, conferences and other events. Establishes the advisory/work groups for each project task area and oversees activities to achieve meaningful project participation.
• Document all meetings. Collects, sorts, files and maintains working Project Files and Records. Reviews, monitors and updates Project Schedules.
• Update FTP sites
• Staff contact person for all projects.
• Assist with budget within each project task area, preparation and processing of project change orders, assist in the close-out project milestones.

Ideal candidates will have:

• BA or BS
• 2-5 Years experience as a project coordinator, administrator or other related field.
• Proficient with MS Project Management
• Computer skills related to word processing, e-mail messaging, internet applications, multimedia applications, authoring tools, LMS, XML and basic databases.
• Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task with focus and composure in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.
• Professional team player with drive to excel.

IT Sales Manager - Job Posting

Seeking full time experienced Sales Rep to work in fast paced IT training organization with national brand name recognition. The applicant will focus on developing and supporting sales of off-the-shelf IT Solutions and Customize Training through direct account sales. Applicant will report to the National Sales Manager.

The Sales Rep will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned regional territory and/or vertical within the United States and Internationally. The applicant will work primarily with North America based customers and should be willing to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Generate product sales and solutions through existing and new customer accounts.
• Present the Company’s product offerings and training solutions to large accounts.
• Proactively contact existing customers and new prospects to encourage higher levels of sales of the company’s products.
• Work with National Sales Manager to implement effective promotions, programs and activities to expand territory sales and increase customer loyalty.
• Work with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications to provide input and coordinate marketing activity within assigned region.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Assist in trade shows.

Required skills:

• Hold a college degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales experience with some channel experience
• IT software sales experience desirable
• A good working knowledge of the computer and excellent typing skills
• Must have strong communications skills, a can-do attitude and be a team player
• Experience in field sales or sales education a plus
